Fetch International was founded in 2018 by brothers Lisaf and Lijas in Kerala, India, with a clear purpose — to support growing e-commerce businesses with reliable operations, sales support, and logistics solutions across the GCC.

The journey began as Fetch Online Shoppee in Qatar, operating with just one driver and one employee. As demand increased, Fetch established a 24/7 order-handling office in Thamarassery, ensuring uninterrupted customer and sales support.

By 2022, Fetch expanded its services into Bahrain and Kuwait, strengthening its presence in the GCC region. In May 2023, the Calicut office was officially rebranded as Fetch International, marking its evolution into a multi-service, international e-commerce support company. Today, Fetch International operates from Hilite Business Park, Calicut, with additional branches supporting global operations. The company continues to grow by integrating technology, logistics, and customer experience into one seamless ecosystem.
